How do I get my certification number?
Your certification number is emailed to you via the online renewal reminder and the renewal card that was mailed to you. It is also listed on your certification. You can also login to your account where your certification(s) and number(s) will be listed.
How do I change my name on my certification?
Please email nccdpoffice@nccdp.org with your previous name, request a new name change and provide a legal proof of name change, such as a driver’s license, passport, marriage certificate, etc.
We will also need your home mailing address listed with NCCDP, your certification number, phone number and email address. We will email you an updated certification that depicts your name change.
How do I update my account with my new email address, mailing address or current place of employment?
You can certainly log into your account and update your email address and mailing address. Or you can email nccdpoffice@nccdp.org, provide your name, home address listed with NCCDP, previous email address listed in your account new email address, new mailing address and your certification number. We will update your account within 48 business hours.
How can I get a copy of my certification?
Log into your account and click on the DOWNLOAD CERTIFICATION link on your account page. Click on the MEMBER LOGIN link at the top right of any page. If you would like to have a certification mailed to you, there is an additional fee.See fees page

For seminars presented by NCCDP corporate trainers or seminars presented by approved / certified CADDCT™ trainers, please see the seminar calendar posted on the NCCDP website. This is updated daily. How do I find the CADDCT™ seminar?
The Certified Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Care Trainer™ Program is offered throughout the year and held in different parts of the country. We will send you information when the location and dates have been selected. How often is the ADDC Power Point curriculum updated?
Every two years, even years. There is a nominal fee as long as you order the new curriculum by the deadline.

Can I present the ADDC curriculum online?
Yes, if you sign the online agreement. This is a limited agreement and only to be used during a national emergency such as a pandemic.
STAFF EDUCATION WEEK TOOL KIT AND IN-SERVICES.
I can't seem to access the Staff Education Week Tool Kit section.
The Tool Kit and In-services are located in the Members Only Section.
I can't open the pdf files.

I have downloaded the tool kit and in-service files but i can't edit it or save it.
Once you have downloaded the files to your computer you won't be able to change the in-service presentations as the authors of the PowerPoint and NCCDP requested this.
How Do I save an in-service document or tool kit file?
RIGHT CLICK "POWERPOINT PRESENTATION." Select SAVE LINK AS (or SAVE TARGET AS)
If you want to save the file in your download folder simply click on the SAVE button. If you would rather save the files in a folder of their own, create a folder and save the file in your new folder.
Please note that some of the files are in Word format. You will both need Word and PDF programs installed on your computer or need a viewer for each program.
HELP! The tool kit is no longer available.
If you are unable to access the tool kit it may because the allotted time to download has expired. The tool kit and staff in-services are only available for download from November 1st to March 15th.

If you are not a certified member or associate member, you will need to go to the store to purchase the staff in-services. The staff in-services are complimentary to certified members and associate members. You will need your member number to access member benefits. The tool kit and staff in-services are only available from November 1st to March 15th. You can download new staff in-services and access to previous staff in-services.
